How It Works

  1. Bring it in unloaded. All firearms must be unloaded before drop-off. Remove all ammunition from the firearm and any attached magazine. Our staff will verify the firearm is clear upon intake.
  2. We assess and confirm pricing. A technician will review the firearm, discuss the service level you want, and confirm pricing before any work begins. If additional issues are found during cleaning, we will call you before proceeding.
  3. We get to work. Your firearm is cleaned, lubricated, inspected, and function-tested by our experienced staff using professional-grade solvents, lubricants, and tools.
  4. We call you when it is ready. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days. We will contact you when your firearm is ready for pick-up. Rush service may be available upon request.
  5. Pick it up and pay. Bring your original receipt or drop-off tag. Payment is due at pick-up. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is needed for standard drop-off during business hours. However, if you are dropping off multiple firearms or need rush service, we recommend calling ahead so we can plan accordingly.

Can I wait while my firearm is cleaned?

Due to the time required to properly clean and inspect a firearm, same-day wait service is generally not available. Rush service may be possible for basic field cleans — call us in advance to check availability.

Do you clean NFA items such as suppressors or short-barreled rifles?

Yes, we can clean suppressors and NFA-regulated items for customers who legally possess them. Please bring your NFA tax stamp and applicable paperwork at drop-off. Additional fees may apply for suppressor disassembly and baffle cleaning.

What if your technician finds something wrong with my firearm?

If a safety issue or needed repair is discovered during inspection or cleaning, we will contact you immediately to discuss our findings. No additional work will be performed without your authorization. We can often perform basic repairs in-house or refer you to a qualified gunsmith.

Is my firearm insured while it is in your care?

We take every precaution to protect firearms left in our care. We recommend customers verify their personal firearm insurance coverage. Please contact us with any specific concerns prior to drop-off.

Do you clean antique or collector firearms?

Yes, but antique and collector firearms require special handling to preserve finish and value. Please call us before bringing in any antique, high-value, or collector piece so we can discuss the appropriate cleaning method and confirm pricing.
