These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of conradguns.com (the “Site”) and all purchases and services from CBC Engineering LLC, doing business as Conrad and Sons Guns (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Class 07 Federal Firearms Licensee (manufacturer) and Class 02 Special Occupational Taxpayer located at 2210 Castlegate Dr., Imperial, Missouri 63052. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, FAQ, and Shop Services & Pricing page.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and purchase non-firearm items. To purchase a firearm from us you must also be legally eligible to possess firearms under federal and Missouri law, and:
You represent that you are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any other applicable law. Buying a firearm on behalf of another person (a “straw purchase”) is a federal felony and we will refuse any such transaction.
Some products cannot be shipped to certain states or localities. Product pages control state-restriction notes for that item. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply where you live and where you will possess the item. We will not modify a firearm, remove magazines, or change a configuration to make it legal in a restricted state, and orders to restricted destinations may be cancelled and refunded, less any fees described in these Terms. We do not ship serialized items or ammunition to P.O. Boxes and do not ship internationally.
We source most complete firearms from distributors at the time of order. Listed quantities are not a reservation until an order is paid, and we cannot guarantee manufacturer restock dates. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, and cancel or refuse any order, including an order for which pricing or stock information was incorrect. Prices, stock, shipping offers, and shop fees may change without notice.
Missouri sales tax applies to qualifying in-state sales and local pickups. Tax on a shipped order follows the destination and the item; on a firearm shipped to an out-of-state FFL, tax may be calculated based on the receiving dealer’s address. The checkout total is the amount due. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and qualifying orders may ship free as described in our FAQ. Risk of loss for shipped parts passes to you when the carrier accepts the package; we do not control carrier transit times.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. In summary, firearms are final sale once transferred on Form 4473, ammunition sales are final, and special-order, custom-build, and installed items are not returnable unless we created the defect. Manufacturer defects are handled through the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will help you start a claim. Except as stated in a written warranty from us, all products are sold without any warranty from us beyond the manufacturer’s, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Shop work is by appointment and billed at the rates published on our Shop Services page, which are labor only and may change without notice. Estimates are not guarantees; additional parts or labor discovered during work will be discussed with you before proceeding. We may refuse any job, including work we reasonably believe is unsafe, out of spec, or illegal, and we do not perform certain services listed as not offered. You represent that you are the lawful owner of any firearm or part you deliver to us and that it is legal for you to possess. Items not claimed within a reasonable time after we notify you may be subject to storage fees and, to the extent permitted by law, disposed of in accordance with applicable law. We take reasonable care of customer property but are not responsible for loss or damage beyond our reasonable control, including normal wear or finish variation inherent to the work requested.
Classes and lessons are scheduled by appointment. Participation involves inherent risks, and you agree to follow all range and instructor safety rules. We may require you to sign a separate liability release before participating and may remove any participant who is unsafe.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent age, eligibility, or shipping restrictions; submit false information; interfere with the Site’s operation or security; scrape or copy the Site at scale; or use the Site to purchase items for a person who is prohibited from possessing them.
All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to Conrad and Sons Guns or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Information on the Site, including our FAQ, is general information about how our shop works and how federal and Missouri rules commonly apply to dealer sales. It is not legal advice. Laws change, and you are responsible for following the law where you live and where you possess a firearm. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Firearms are dangerous instruments. You are solely responsible for safe handling, storage, transport, and use of any item you purchase, for keeping firearms secured from children and prohibited persons, and for complying with all applicable laws, including restrictions on where firearms may be carried. Read and follow all manufacturer manuals and warnings.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY MISSOURI AND FEDERAL LAW, CONRAD AND SONS GUNS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for products liability claims to the extent the law does not permit a limitation.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conrad and Sons Guns from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of any product.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale, transfer, job, or service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason, including where we have reason to believe a transaction may be unlawful or unsafe.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the personal information we collect, including information we are federally required to collect and retain on ATF Form 4473.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site or our products and services are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any legal action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Jefferson County, Missouri, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede prior communications on that subject.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on conradguns.com and updating the effective date above. The Terms in effect at the time of your order govern that order. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
